Mmmmm, shopping...!

I am really excited to announce that we finally have a proper web shop where you can see, and purchase, prints, flash and other exciting products done by the artists of Conspiracy Inc!

It's still in the early stages, so lots more will be added soon, but we already have a bunch of limited and never before seen stuff for you to drool over, so please do that (although not too much, cause that can severely damage your keyboard... just some friendly advice).

Enjoy, and shop away!

We still have a merch page on this blog where you can see additional photos, so check that too!

Ps. We ship out orders once a week.

Red Box in real life

Hey guys, it's me again, but don't worry, i'm not here to blog about booking or tattoos or boring crap like that so soon.
No, i have more exciting news... or maybe not news if you already follow the blog of one Mr. Electric Pick, but in case you don't (seriously though, why don't you?), here's the exciting news:
Nick's already famous web comic Red Box has been made into an actual book!
You know, the kind you can sit and read with a nice cup of tea, or give to people for Christmas.
Yeah, that kind!

The book is 240 pages of hard cover goodness, with an extra 35-ish pages of extra arty awesomeness by Jesse Smith, Ben Newman, Davee Blows, Edek, Tom Haubrick, Uncle Allan and Honkey Kong.
You can get all that for 465 Hong Kong dollars, which converts roughly into 60 us dollars, 47 euro, and 38 uk pounds, and you can order via info@clandestinerepublic.com.
Go to the Electric Plog to read more and see a preview of this beauty!

London prints and originals

Hi y'all!

We're back from London, and the convention went super awesome as usual.
Well, maybe less awesome for me than for most, cause i was so friggin' sick the whole weekend i could barely speak (my apologies to anyone who might have picked up more than a print or a tattoo at our booth... it may feel like ebola now, but i swear it's just a cold!), but it was still great to meet real life and internet friends, and Allan had a great time tattooing some sweet flash on a bunch of good people.
So thanks to all who got tattooed or bought some merch, it was a pleasure meeting you all!

I've been getting emails about the merch we made for the convention, and whether it would be for sale here on the blog, and not to worry, of course we're putting it up here too!

We only have a few left of each print, and because they're limited, i'm not gonna add a paypal button, so if you see something you like, just email me for prices at conspiracyinctattoo@gmail.com.
Remember to let me know if you want more than one, cause shipping is based on both weight and destination.

The King Diamond and the lady prints were a limited run of 10 each, so once what we have left of those from London have been sold, we will not be making more.
All prints are of course signed and numbered.

We will however be making more rose flash once this batch has sold out, but they most likely won't be on delicious 300g paper like this, so if you like your flash fancy, get it now!

The originals for sale (the two ladies and morning star) are water color on thick illustration board.

Uncle Allan Lady Print 1 (original also available)

Uncle Allan Lady Print 2 (original also available)

Uncle Allan Dirty Lady Print (original not for sale)

Uncle Allan King Diamond Sheet (original not for sale)

Morning Star, original only, no prints!

That's it for now, i'll be back with some more news and tattoos and stuff tomorrow!

English roses

Ok, guys, Allan is super busy and i am super sick, so this is the only sneak peek we have time for.
Allan has finished his London rose flash set and we will be bringing a limited run to the convention where you can buy them!*
He'll also be tattooing roses from the set, but it won't be the usual "custom flash" deal that can only be done once, as these sheets are for sale.
But there'll be other designs to choose from too, not just roses, and we'll bring along the flash from last year as well, so anything that didn't get tattooed last year, will be up for grabs this year.

As for merch, we'll have t-shirts, flash, and some other limited prints that we'll keep a surprise for now.
Possibly originals too.
So come see us at the booth this weekend and check out what we got!
We have also updated Uncle Allan's portfolio with a bunch of brand new tattoos, some of which that haven't even been on the blogs or instagram, so that's worth a look too.

Oh, and for those wanting to get tattooed: if you get to the booth and there happens to be more than one person there, please form a line behind the person who was there first!
If people just stand around, we have no way of knowing who got there first, and we want it to be as fair as possible.

Hard at work, every night after actual work

See you tomorrow, London!

*We will make more when we get home, so they will eventually be for sale here on the blog too, but probably on different paper.

Milkshakes and rants

Phew.
After a very hectic, and very, very fun August, we're kinda back to normal here.
We miss all of our buddies, but it's also nice with a little quiet once in a while.
The quiet is not gonna last too long, though, cause London is coming up, and that convention has a way of sneaking up on us, fast!
Allan is working on designs for the convention, and maybe, if they're ready in time, we'll post a little preview. If not, you'll just have to wait and see!

I have some good news for everyone who've been asking ever since it closed; the waiting list will open soon.
Yay!
Not saying how soon, but soon-ish, so start thinking of fun ideas!
Also, since we're on the topic of the waiting list....

Sometimes i'll write someone about finally getting their tattoo appointment, and they're unable to accept due to various circumstances like loss of a job, moving house, or just being plain broke, which is understandable, of course, but also a giant waste of time for us and the other people on the list.
And then there are the people who are super stoked in their mails, but never reply, which is just weird... or my personal favorites; the people who get tired of waiting and go to another artist, but never think of letting us know.

The point is, while most people are more than happy to jump at the chance to get tattooed, and are well prepared, there are some who seem to sign up without considering that they will eventually have to get tattooed!
We do try to give everyone a few months notice, but my point (i have many points!) is: when you sign up for the waiting list, start saving up. And if something happens that makes you unable to get tattooed, like say moving house or getting pregnant, please just take yourself off the list and sign back up when you're ready again.
If you don't, you're missing the point and you're wasting our time.

Whoa, that sounded harsh! But really, i'm just looking to make our system as efficient as possible, and make sure that the people on that list who really want to get tattooed, can get tattooed with as little waiting as possible.
So if you're a person who's on the waiting list but maybe shouldn't be... please send a mail to uncleswaitinglist@gmail.com with the subject "delete me". You can always sign back up later.

Ok, rant over!
Here are some pictures from the Black Metal show.
And some other random shots too.
Most of these are taken with my analog Canon and as you can see, it was entirely too dark at the show for that kind of film, but i had to try anyway!

I already published these on my blog, but i like them a lot, so i'm putting them up here too!

A tattoo Matthew Gordon did on one of our coffee shop buddies

Oh, and here's one from that time me and Wendy wore floral jumpsuits and traveled through a wormhole and ended up on the cover of Time Magazine, and that was coincidentally also the time we liked stupid iPhone apps a little too much!

More exciting news soon, and maybe some tattoo pictures too?
I know i've been holding back on the Uncle Allan pictures, but we're kind of enjoying keeping them secret, so we can blow people's mind at the London convention with a portfolio full of never before seen tattoos!

Conspiracy summer

Just so you don't think these past few weeks have been all about black metal and art shows, here are some random shots of what everyone has been up to. Not enough, but hey, we've been too busy to take pictures, dammit!

Me and Allan went undercover to pick up Nick at the airport earlier this month

Our disguises were almost too successful, cause he literally did not recognize us

Lucifer is also a master of disguise!

Here's Allan and Matthew having one of many consultations... this however was the only outdoor one (but probably not the only one that involved milkshakes!)
A kitty eating a sandwich, by Electric Pick

Nick did paintings of me and Allan, and Matthew did one of Nick, so he wouldn't be too jealous

Milkshakes and bubble tea during the mini heatwave... also, Allan in shorts!!

Oh hey, don't forget to stop our merch page and order a sweet limited black metal t-shirt!

Super limited, super awesome

Sort lørdagshygge i Schleppegrellsgade

Ps. Dette er ikke et tatoverings event, så der er ikke nogle chancer for at gå hjem med en lille Black Metal souvenir i denne omgang, men vi vil prøve at holde endnu en walk-in dag snart.

Dearest clients and friends and other artsy folks!

This Saturday, the 18th of August, we're having a little art show at the shop.
We figured that apart from ourselves, and a bunch of lucky Germans, not many people had a chance to see Uncle Allan's Faces of Black Metal show at the Lionheart Gallery in March, so we're showing them at the shop, for one night only.

We'll be opening at 11 pm, cause you can't have a Black Metal art show in broad daylight, and we'll close whenever we feel like it.
We'll be serving some refreshing beverages and playing some soothing Norwegian tunes.

All paintings are framed and for sale, and we've made some special limited merch for the occasion as well.
Whatever doesn't sell will be for sale online, so if you're not able to show up in person, check back here next week for prices and info.

We hope to see you!

Ps. This is not a tattoo event, so if you were hoping to walk out of here with a little Black Metal souvenir, i'm afraid i have to disappoint. But we will try to do another walk-in day soon!

No big deal...

We're still kind of on vacation, but crazy guest and guest artist month has almost started.
Nick arrived yesterday and will be working at the shop starting tomorrow, and the Australians are arriving on Tuesday. Fun!
I'm almost at the point of looking forward to being back to work, but only almost.
I do love the crap out of the shop, but there's nothing like a staycation!

So, that's all i wanted to say... oh, yeah, there were these portraits that Matthew Gordon did of yours truly and her husband. I know, no big deal, right? But i figured i'd post them here anyway.
This guy still has a few spots left for his upcoming guest spot.
Just sayin'...

Originals!

Ok, as i mentioned in my last post, we decided to sell the original witch paintings from Saturdays flash day, since they're such a good little size, and we figured it'd be a nice opportunity for people to grab an Uncle Allan original (god knows there aren't too many of them around!)

So here are the ones we have left.
Size is approximately 10.5 cm x 14.7 cm.
If you're interested, send an email to conspiracyinctattoo@gmail.com and we'll take it from there!

Update: all of the paintings have been sold!
Thanks for the interest, we hope they'll look all pretty in their new homes!

"Faces of Black Metal" countdown

We're almost done with framing the paintings for Uncle Allan's first solo show in Germany this weekend, and that's a good thing too, cause we're leaving tomorrow morning!
We're gonna take a family road trip down there, and visit friends in Hamburg on the way, so hopefully it'll be a fun ride.
The opening party is this Saturday, so if you're in Oberhausen, or anywhere near that, come by the gallery and see Allan's awesome paintings and say hi!
The show will run until the 13th of May, so if you can't make it this weekend, there's still plenty of opportunity to see it.

We're back!!

Hello dear blog readers!
We're back from Japan, enjoying our first day back at the shop.
Ok, so enjoying is kind of a big word, cause really, who enjoys being back from an awesome vacation? But at least we're having a nice mellow day, so it could be a lot worse.

As usual i have news, lots of news! Well, maybe not lots, but good news!
As you may already know, if you're the kind of person who likes to check our "News & Events" section from time to time, Adam Hays is coming back to work with us in just a few weeks, from the 12th till the 17th of march, and he still has a couple of spots available.
So, if you wanna get tattooed (and remember, fun stuff only, we want our guests to have a good time), just send an email with your ideas to adamguyhays@gmail.com, and he'll get back to you with a possible date.

Some of Adam's fine work:

What else?
Oh yeah, Uncle Allan's month of black metal madness is coming up, and as the work he'll be doing during that month is all for his upcoming book, there won't be much posted online. No, not even instagram. But it should be an interesting month nonetheless!
And in other related black metal news, Allan will have his first ever solo show, Faces of Black Metal, at the Lionheart Gallery in Germany. It runs from the 24th of march till the 13th of may and you can read more about it here.
We will be going there for the opening, so come by and say hi and buy some damn paintings or something!

I was sure i had other news, but i'm still completely 'lagged out (woke up at 6 again this morning...- NOT my usual style) so i don't remember.
But i'll post more when my brain gets back to normal.

Have a sweet week everyone!
